I always have the belief that everyone have the potential to achieve a successful life filled with abundance. Even though everyone have that potential in them, they do not know how to unleash them and they stay stuck in life.
They also practice self sabotaging acts to prevent their maximum potential from shining through. Is it even possible? Who will want to stay in poverty, be mediocre or unhealthy? Nobody wants that to happen themselves but their actions speak other wise.

Our world is always changing and even the most seemingly static physical forms eventually dissolve to be reborn in a new form another day. We, as self aware beings, have the attribute that allows us to interact and influence this process consciously. This is an incredible creative quality that lets us shift, shape and mold the world around us. We get to play with the very fabric of form which is an awesome opportunity with incredible responsibility.

If we get too far off track, the soul will send events into our lives so we must stop and review our choices. Failure to do so can be very painful indeed.

Your life is meant to be a dazzling expression of all that you are. There was a time when you knew this to be true. It was your truth! You committed to experiencing each moment with your entire being. Your heart was wide open, you believed everything was possible, you knew you could do anything and the radiance of this knowledge shone in your face and sparkled in your eyes. Kids use the silent treatment as a way to freeze you out, to get you to leave them alone, and to push your buttons. What most parents don’t realize is that under the surface, something else is going on: the silent treatment is giving your child a feeling of power and control over you.

September 26th, is Women’s Equality Day and I’m off to speak to a Federal Department here in D.C. to celebrate the occasion. The topic: “Leadership is a Choice, Not a Position.” I think leadership ties in beautifully with women’s equality, indeed with all equality. After all, the women’s equality movement began in 1848 when five otherwise ordinary women, sitting around drinking tea, decided to put a notice in the local newspaper announcing “a convention to discuss the rights of women”. It was to be held six days later in their hometown of Seneca Falls,...

I have been watching recently the very powerful new movie from Debbie Ford with Debbie Ford, Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson and many others great teachers on the Shadow Effect. If you haven’t watched it, please do watch it, it is for the future of humanity. And these are some of the thoughts I have been thinking after watching it and from my work supporting people suffering from social anxiety, expatriates and others.
