A nice summary of things came to me in the night from the Higher Self (I hesitate to say “my” HS, it’s the aspect of consciousness that just knows without words and is outside of space and time.)
“God experiences Life through each of us, and we experience Life thanks to God.”
I think it sums up so much, how all of life is integrated, and how gratitude is key to happiness and to wholeness.
I suggest to meditate on that connection, daily, with joy in your heart.
God is Love is Life is Truth.
So be glad and you will achieve enlightenment. You don’t...

In order to achieve my desired results in this 16 weeks time, I had decided to pack my own meals last week. I prepare three of my meals to bring to work every day and consume them at every 2 – 3 hours interval.
I think this is a great decision because my lunch with my colleagues always consists of eating processed food (carbs like white rice and noodles) which is making it difficult for me to lose weight. I believe eating these processed foods can slow down my progress and may even stop me from achieving my desired results.
Some Of My Fears
I thought it would...

Gymboss Interval Timer Review
As promised last week, I am going to write a review on the Gymboss interval timer that I am using for my workouts.
My workouts consist of circuit and interval trainings. Circuit training consists of doing a set of exercise in a specific amount of time. There are no set numbers of repetitions in each of the exercises. All you need to do is to do as much repetition as you can in that fix amount of time.
I prefer doing circuit trainings as compared to doing exercises with fix repetitions. Our body can get used to the fix amount of repetitions and this can delay muscle...

Show me the numbers and I will know how you fare in life.
Numbers play an important part in our personal development journey. Jim Rohn introduced this concept to me. I got this concept from one of his audio books and I would say this is a pretty simple yet powerful concept.
If you look closely in your life, you can put many things into numbers. Usually the numbers tell you the harsh facts and reality.
Show me the number in your bank account and the number will show how well you are doing financially.
Show me the number on your pay check and I will know how...

Previous Updates
If you have not read my previous weeks update, you can read it here.
Week 1
Week 2
Week 3
Week 4 Update
I have a confession to make.
I missed 2 of my workouts this week. 2 interval trainings to be exact. It has been raining for quite a few days this week and it makes it harder for me to grab my kit and go out for my training. Okay, I know it sounds like some excuses and yes, I admit it is. It is still possible for me to go out there to climb the stairs or find other alternatives but I didn’t really make the effort to do so.
On the brighter...

We started to see co-creation appear in the last step of Guidance. In that step, the soul remembered that it was no longer separate and became capable of “lining things up with others” on the spiritual plane in order to bring about synchronicity. Now in Step 10, Co-creation really kicks in so that you may manifest all that you need to serve the world in a practical, Earthly way. The realization that comes with this step is that spirituality and Earthly life are not two separate things.

I am still pursuing personal growth in my life and I am still far from my desired standards. I immerse myself in books, audio tapes and blogs of successful personnel so that I can gain the knowledge that they have that made them successful in the first place.
I believe the differences between someone who is successful and someone who is not are the things that they know. Successful people definitely know something that others do not know and that is what made them successful in the first place.
I Need To Share This With You
I picked up something very valuable and I...

This is the first step at the final level of the journey, the level of Spirit. Like all transition steps, there is still much soul-based work occurring in Step 9. What happens in this step is that the soul, now made more whole due to the last step of Healing, remembers its connection to Spirit. No longer separate, it is able to “line things up with others” on the spiritual plane and co-create synchronicity. It is also able to send you messages that come in clear, rather than fuzzy. So synchronicity and intuition are the two primary means that the soul starts to communicate its purpose...

What do I mean by healing? This step is about bringing the soul back into a state of wholeness so that you can get on with fulfilling your spiritual purpose. It’s about healing from the past, integrating the Shadow, and releasing the soul from karmic patterns by taking responsibility as the creator of your own reality. In this step, you learn to forgive (at a much deeper level than Step 4), to accept, to release, to cultivate gratitude, and to develop the inner discipline needed to make lasting spiritual changes.

I bet you that in 15 seconds, I can read your personality and tell you what your skills, strengths and weaknesses are – and how to make it work for you in business. Reading personalities is an art form, and an extremely potent way of connecting with people in a deep, meaningful way. In business a deep, meaningful connection means lasting profitable relationships. It’s also a powerful way to get to know their greatest strengths and also, their greatest weaknesses. You will be surprised at the difference between the two.
