I have been following the mantra of starting small and slowly. It seems hard for me to get into the groove after my holidays. For the past 2 weeks, I have been doing mostly body weight exercises and long runs.
I had switched to long distance running again because of my upcoming half marathon at September. I only got one more month to get myself into condition. The previous half marathon that I did was a night run. This time...

I found this inspiring video from Facebook recently. I am inspired by Derek Redmond’s never give up attitude. Even though he suffered a setback during the race, he never gave up and still managed to cross over the finishing line.
At the later part of the video, there are mentions about God. Religion is not the key point in this article. What I want to focus on in this article is the attitude of not giving up.
Where Is Your Finishing Line?
Do you know where your finishing line is? When I say finishing line, I don’t only mean the finishing line that you find on...

Relationships are one of life’s greatest pleasures. They are also one of life’s greatest classrooms. While our hearts are filled with love and affection, our intimate relationships naturally provide us with tests and trials – sometimes on a daily basis – to help us grow more masterful in our spirituality. Relationships act as a crucible, in which to draw out any “flaws” and bring them to the surface for our purification and spiritual growth.

Do you have problem getting off your couch and taking action?
If you do, do not worry too much about it because most people do. Everyone have his or her own down time. By down time, I mean slumps when you are just not productive at all (spending hours in front of your TV, remember?).
I decided to write this article as this is what I am experiencing right now. My recent vacation at Taiwan broke my momentum for my exercise regime. This can easily slide into a few weeks of inaction but I will share with you the methods that I used to get myself...

Trans4mind has included the Know Your Own Mind in-depth personality questionnaire since our earliest days back in 1996. The questionnaire is based on Prof. Eysenck’s popular book, Know Your Own Personality, and in particular it aligns with the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), the professional test used by psychiatrists worldwide for over 40 years. We’ve had Javascript auto-scoring for years but it hasn’t been especially reliable. The programming has now been completely redone by Ken Ward and doing the test now requires registration. This means scores are saved in a secure,...

We’ve now entered the final step of this spiritual journey, Unity. Here we come full circle from step 1 of Separation and return to Source, recognizing that everything is part of the great “I am.” Unity is about awakening to the truth of oneness. Whether it is expressed as “I am God” or “I exist in a holographic universe,” it is about enlightenment.

Step 10 of Co-Creation was all about fulfilling your Inner Purpose. You learned to co-create through synchronicity in order to actualize your vision of how to serve humanity. While Step 10 is usually the last stop on the spiritual journey for 99.5% of humanity, the remaining .5% decides to continue on. What could possibly be left after fulfilling your soul’s purpose for this lifetime? Mastery. Step 11 of Transmutation is all about achieving Mastery.

The purpose of publishing my challenge is to keep myself accountable and inspire others into taking action. I will also tell the truth about my progress and I will share with you all the difficulties I faced during this 16 weeks.
Last week is not a great week for me. I went to Taiwan for a 5 days vacation and my diet and exercise regime crashed totally. This broke my momentum.
I thought that I will be able to restrain myself from gorging...
