In one of my previous posts, I mentioned that you can make a big difference in your life by doing just one thing. The one thing is to gain positive habits and eliminate negative ones. It takes around 21 days of doing something consistently to gain a new habit and this means that you can get to gain 17 new habits in a year. How much difference would it make to your life if you gain 17 positive habits every year?

Rich Dad Poor Dad is one of the best books that I had read. It changes how I think about personal finance and makes me want to work for myself instead for others.
I went on to search for my riches in investing and dabbled in stocks until I ended up with paper assets instead of cash. I can’t continue to invest when I do not have any cash and this is the reason why I went into creating internet businesses.

I haven’t touch podcasting much during 2010 and I decided to go into it again. This will be one of my marketing for HMS and I want it to be a regular thing.
