I have featured a video featuring Stephen Fry’s discourse about the Catholic Church at the section of Trans4mind called ‘Religion Doesn’t Have a Prayer.’ Stephen Fry has been one of my favorite people for many years. I’ve read all his books and watched most of his shows. But this video was a complete surprise. Not surprising that Fry was so articulate and mindful but that he shared my views on fundamentalist Christianity. And how he did it: what cool, what courage, what a man!

Each month in the Trans4mind Newsletter we include the next episode of a 40-part series by Carolyn Evers, ending in Autumn 2012. The series will then be widely released in December 2012 as a freely available ebook, so as many people as possible will understand how they can participate in the Ascension – the transformation of the human race to become guided by and one with Unconditional Love in nature and being. You can read the articles to date here on Trans4mind: Ascension Series.
I recently undertook a Soul Healing session with both Carolyn and her colleague Richard Presser. It was a...

Current events have demonstrated a tremendous desire, on the behalf of perhaps the majority of people in the world, for peace in their lives. They are no longer satisfied with the mentality of political conflict, which endangers economic progress and human rights and freedoms. But most importantly, I feel that many people are now aware that if we want peace in the world, first we need to make peace with our own lives. It is human nature that needs to change, and we are capable of making such a transformation.
Our experience in the world reflects our inner state – yes, this is a kind of...

I’ve just been running a political series of articles in Cultivate Life! ezine. The first was Frank Schaeffer’s Obama Critics, Admit You Were Wrong, which drew some strong responses from readers, that I shouldn’t be including this kind of article in the ezine, especially since it’s not the truth as they saw it. I corresponded with these contributors and turns out that they are intelligent, reasonable people, with more knowledge of American politics than me (not surprising, since I live in France and have little time to follow politics.)
I wrote a reply to them in the next...

If you suspect you were a victim of childhood religious indoctrination and even abuse you may find comfort here in this ongoing discourse: a place to rest, be affirmed, and furthermore to heal yourself and be free of the well orchestrated psychological tyranny perpetrated by orthodox religions.
“I remember when I was a choirboy, listening to the sermons, saying how I was basically sinful when at that age I’d never done anything wrong in my life. This was a Protestant...

Over 150 years ago, Henry Thoreau asked a haunting question. Since I first read On Walden Pond almost forty years ago, it’s shaped my life, my work and my goals. His question? He simply asked if it wasn’t possible that we could live better than we do, that our lives might be better than they are. What a thought!

In 2002, I vacationed in New Orleans and awoke from a glorious dream. “I have to write this into a book, and then it will become a movie or TV show,” I said out loud to myself. To this day, I see that dream as clearly as that foggy morning in the Big Easy. Since then, I’ve grown more spiritually aware and learned to surrender to the Infinite to allow all good things to flow into my life.

The reason kids don’t like doing chores is the same reason adults don’t like doing chores: household tasks are generally boring. Let’s face it; the satisfaction of getting the dishes done is not a very big reward in this day and age of video games and instant gratification. While that doesn’t mean kids shouldn’t do chores, it does help to partly explain why they resist them.
