Both of us were speaking to a large audience on the topics of success and performance, but I especially liked the way Lou got right to the bottom line. He simply said, “The most important thing I can tell you is to believe in yourself. Have faith in yourself.” In fact, he said the secret to his success as a coach … and the secret to his teams’ winning records … was self-esteem.
